What we collect and why. When you use the contact form, request a demo, use the chat, or telephone or email us, we collect the details you give us, normally your name, company, job title, email address and telephone number, together with the content of your enquiry. We use this to respond to you, to provide the information or demonstration you asked for and, where you are a business contact, to tell you about our products and services. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, or the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using it or by contacting us.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses cookies. Essential cookies are needed for the site to work. Analytics, functional and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in that banner. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and is not used to identify you.
Who we share data with. This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd, which processes visitor data on our behalf. Enquiries and business contact details are held in our customer relationship management system, which is provided by HubSpot. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, it does so under safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiry and marketing contact details for as long as you remain a business contact of ours and for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Data relating to customers is kept for the life of the customer relationship and for six years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights. You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Our products. The PeopleHours platform and the TelMe mobile app process personal data on behalf of our customers, who are the controllers of that data. Separate privacy information for TelMe users is provided within the app. The Client Logon on this site takes you to PeopleHours, which has its own terms.
